What do you do when you only have 390 cals left and 7hrs left in your day?
1,500 cals a day is rough; especially when you spread them out over the course of 17 hours. Craziness I tell you! So all of you calorie counters out there, tell me what you do when you realize you’ve only got a few hundred cals left, and quite a bit of time left in your day? You know you’d like a pre-dinner snack.
And dinner.
And a post dinner snack.
What do you do?
fruits and veggies!!!!!! when i lost my first 19 pounds, i always allowed myself all the veggies i wanted…and if your not diabetic then all the fruit!!!!!! thats what i do, and its worked!!!!!!!
I find myself in that bind quiet often! LOL! I try to do something like eat a ton of fruits and veggies, and then run to the grocery store and scan the healthy choice/lean cuisine aisle! LOL! I can generally get a frozen dinner, glass of milk, and a sugar free pudding into 390.

Damnit! Fruits and Veggies…why are they always the answer? =)
I never been in that bind but I got some jell-o and some sugar free rice pudding or chocolate pudding which is 60 cal each also some dannon fit.
Carrots is another one of my munchies.
campbells soup has these low calorie options that you can microwave. it comes in a 2 cup container, and the whole thing has only 100 calories. because its soup and hot, you gotta eat slower too. its a life saver for me.
